To describe a successful client path, we will use two names: Simon for the company director and Lucy for their HR manager, who may have been in charge of other things at the beginning.

1. INTRODUCTORY SEMINAR

Simon and Lucy came to a Seminar "How to Find the Right People" and learned the first information, thanks to which they began to more confidently recognize productive people from destructive ones.

2. MEETING WITH A CONSULTANT

After the Seminar, Simon met with a Performia consultant, a specialist in building successful teams, to find out how they could expand and move Simon's business forward.

3RD SEMINAR: TEAM BUILDING EXPERT IN 5 DAYS

Simon and Lucy attended 2 key seminars, where in just 5 days they became experts in attracting the right people, selection of productive employees, motivation and evaluation of existing employees.

4. INDIVIDUAL RECRUITMENT TRAINING

The theory and exercises at the seminars are great. That's why after some time of interviewing, Lucy decided to do one-day individual recruitment training and became a master at recognizing productive applicants.

5. UNLIMITED USE OF PERFORMIA ONLINE TOOLS

Since Simon and Lucy have already learned almost everything from seminars and training, they have obtained a license from Performia for the online system. Thanks to Performia, they use personality questionnaires and other supplementary tests as often as they like. Along with these online tools, they gained confidence in recruitment, hiring and working with people.
